This is an update to a list i started to collect and update over many months, most of them are from element14, but recently i started to look at RS as well. and of course my displeasure with the RS search engine a few posts back.

the MOSFET list has been combined. this is the top 25 my preferential listing of MOSFETS .

 and this is top 35 ranked by theoretical cutoff frequency
